Social Service Center
The Social service center realizes the university's founding principle, that is, respect for human dignity and the Christian faith through a useful community service. It helps you experience the real meaning of serving others. Your experience, at the same time, perfectly matches to the education goal of KKOTTONGNAE UNIVERSITY. The center was founded in March, 2002 in order to induce students to get involved in volunteer work. Students who get involved in volunteer work can experience other community services. The center manages students' career records and puts an effort to boost the bond with relevant institutions and social welfare facilities. To do this effectively, we provide social service classes to freshmen and sophomores, link students to institutions for a social service opportunity, manage overseas volunteering programs, issue the certificate of community service and perform PR regarding the field work.

KKOTTONGNAE UNIVERSITY Newspaper
The 1st edition of the school newspaper was published in October 1999, the opening year of KKOTTONGNAE UNIVERSITY. Since 2004, we have used a short version of the name(KKOTTONGNAE UNIVERSITY Newspaper from KKOTTONGNAE HYUNDO University Newspaper). Currently, the regular 4-page edition is published 6 times a year. The KKOTTONGNAE University Newspaper, as a public instrument, helps students identify themselves as a professional social worker or a professional nurse. It also takes an important role in promoting communication among members on campus.
Amicus Virtual Welfare Center

The Latin word'Amicus' means: familiar, faithful, favorable, friend and fellow.
Social Welfare Research Institute
The Social Welfare Research Institute where most professors actively do their studies their studies opened in November 1999. The institute empowers the researchers to produce results in their study area. Furthermore, it helps the results be known to the outside world. The research institute also remains focused on leading an academic development and allowing the faculty to establish their identity. We hope that this institute, as an iconic center of social welfare, will play a bigger role in materializing the KKOTTONGNAE concept.
Education Center for Caregivers
The Education Center for Caregivers, an affiliated organization of KKOTTONGNAE UNIVERSITY, opened in March 2008. The center has been powered by the government 'Long-term Care Insurance System', which was applied nationwide, since July 2008. (Long-term Care Insurance System is a public measure to provide the elderly, who need a daily care, an insurance option. It is considered that the system is a tool to care the aged in need more effectively.) The education center collects a group of great minds who practice the KKOTTONGNAE spirit and teach students with love. Thanks to the teachers' contribution, we have been able to produce great caregivers, year after year. We keep maintaining links between the field and academia. To do so effectively, we are focusing on seamless communication among our center, university authorities and overall social welfare facilities. Our community is going to continue evolving with an endless effort, doing job mediation (helping job seeking graduates who are officially qualified for caregivers work in the field), training programs, and encouraging club activities; Such endeavors will define our community.
